William has a proven track record as a creative producer and project manager in the entertainment industry with global experience in the subsidised, commercial and government sectors. He has strong communication, process and stakeholder management skills across cultures, simultaneous locations and time zones.
William comes from a background of performing arts and storytelling, he relishes opportunities to create and share. His experience includes Olympic-scale ceremonies (Ashgabat 2017, Baku 2015, Sochi 2014 & Auckland 2011), city-wide events (Vivid Sydney 2013/4 & Australia Day In Sydney 2015), Australian and international touring, theatre, dance, musical theatre, creative development, strategic event development and consultation.
Outside of work William believes in the importance of ongoing learning and loves to keep his finger on the pulse of ideas, thought leadership and the innovation & entrepreneurship space. He has recently rekindled his love of reading, loves theatre, good food and travel – it won’t take long for him to admit to being a bit of a nerd.
William has a Bachelor of Dramatic Art (Production) from the National Institute of Dramatic Art’s (NIDA), Sydney and is completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Imperial College London.
